Bayside Anglers Group LTD
8th Annual Little Neck Bay "Bass Beach" Clean Up.
(Crocheron Park)
Walking, Bicycle / Roller Blade Path

BAG held its 8th Annual Little Neck Bay "Bass Beach" Clean Up beginning at 10 AM on Saturday, April 23, 2002. Through the support of the NYC Dept. of Parks and the NY State Dept. of Environmental Conservation, bags, gloves, rakes and shovels are provided for this event. We welcome all volunteers and their families to help us in the spring cleaning of one of our most popular local fishing spots. Bring your kids and teach them a lesson in community service. Volunteers are well cared for with food and drink provided courtesy of our supporters at R&G Tackle of Port Washington and First Fishing Supplies of Flushing.

Join us, make new friends, learn about the club, and help make a difference that you can see today and for the rest of the season.

Bass Beach is accessed by walking to the southern end of the bay along the bicycle path adjacent to the Northbound Cross Island Parkway. Take the Cross Island Parkway to Northern Blvd. West. Go about ½ mile and make a right onto Bell Blvd. Continue North on Bell about 1 mile and make a right onto 35th Ave. Bear left and park at end. Footbridge to the bicycle path is up the hill opposite Crocheron Pond. For further information go call Ken @ 718-631-4394.
